Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contracted emergency medical services provider will provide emergency medical services on the Fairgrounds, as needed and requested by the Commission. 2. Emergency medical services will be in support of events held at the Fairgrounds. 3. Emergency medical services staffing numbers will vary depending upon the nature and size of events occurring on the campus. Crew numbers could vary from one (1) two-person crew up to five (5) two-person crews or more. 4. Contracted emergency medical services provider will provide medical staff in the form of Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians who are qualified and certified to perform these duties as specified in item B (Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications) below. 5. Emergency medical services staffing will not always require an ambulance. The Commission will regularly request only personnel who are carrying the necessary equipment.
