Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliverables • Orthophotograph of the Greater Missoula Area (Figure 1) • Survey Control Report • Aerotriangulation Report • Compilation Report Scheduling • Photography of the project area must be gathered in the Spring of 2023, with the delivery schedule of required products to be proposed by the respondent. Said schedule should minimize total project costs. • Aerial Photography shall be flown on the first day of acceptable weather and sun angle, but prior to the significant growth of leaves on deciduous trees. • Control surveys may be completed after the aerial photography is completed if necessary to ensure that leaf-off photography is obtained in the spring of 2020. • Orthophotography products shall be submitted on a predetermined schedule as individual tiles are completed. The City does not want one large submission. No aerial photography taken from a remotely-flown drone aircraft will be considered. • Flight Data - A digital flight line index will be included with the image files indicating photo centers and flight line directions. Flight date and time (GPS pts) will be provided within 24hrs of flight.
