Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Division of Public Health Services, Therapeutic Cannabis Program (Department), to solicit information regarding a webbased therapeutic cannabis registry system and a modular implementation of solutions, which includes, but is not limited to: State user administrative portal to support all functions relating to: o Registry database configuration and management. o Registry reporting (e.g., annual report data, application processing data, and export data sets). o Ad hoc reporting functions to support program staff of any skill level to build and save named queries as well as standard Structured Query Language (SQL) queries. Public-facing patient/caregiver and medical provider portals to support application submittal, including functionality for on-line payment, document upload, status tracking, and communication tools. Standards and Application Programming Interface (APIs) associated with Interoperability for any network provider to consume as needed to include Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) single sign-on and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR). Server environments, in addition to the vendor's internal Development and Quality Assurance (QA) testing environments, to support a Staging environment to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that actively mirrors the live Production environment. Customer portal for state users to support the creation and tracking of support tickets, bug fixes, enhancement requests, and production issues. Industry accepted customer engagement and project management tools and methods consistent with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
