Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Quarterly Services shall Include: a) Cleaning condenser and evaporator coils. b) Inspection and replacement of belts as needed. c) Lubricating all points needed. d) Annual inspection of heat exchangers on applicable systems. e) Cleaning, complete inspection and other listed preventive maintenance per manufacturer of chiller systems. f) Replacement of air filters on all units per quarter. Filters will be provided at each site by the awarded company. B.
