Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Adjutant General's Department has facilities located in Topeka, Wichita, Kansas City, KS, and Salina. It also has armories located in several communities throughout the state of Kansas. The Agency has established On-Call Contractors specializing in the repair of Door and Associated Hardware Systems. Six (6) State Districts have been established with KTAGD facilities located within each region. Bidders have elected to bid on one, all, or any combination of the six districts of the state as defined by the Kansas Department of Transportation District Map (Districts 1-6 as outlined by KDOT.) Emergency Services shall be considered as part of this contract. The facility supervisor will authorize these services and the appropriate agreed to hourly rates shall apply. The contractor shall arrive onsite within four hours after receipt of notification that a facility door needs secured and will make the necessary repairs to secure the facility door. The appropriate hourly charge shall be paid by the agency. All Bid Items shall include overhead and profit. Kansas Adjutant General's Department reserves the right to award contract to multiple contractors, to allow the Agency more options to secure immediate services.
