Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Blue Valley School District has a need for a vendor to provide a textbook and instructional materials management software system. Our intention is to solicit competitive proposals in order to obtain a vendor relationship that provides maximum services and competitive pricing to the District. The District is seeking an partial annual contract with the option to renew for four additional one year periods. The first partial year of the contract will begin on February 14, 2023 and will continue through June 30, 2023. The optional second year of the contract will be from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, and so forth. This aligns with our financial fiscal years. We are currently tracking these materials through multiple spreadsheets (manual process). We are not using an inventory system, nor barcoding at this point.
