Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Montana, Department of Justice (State) is requesting information regarding creation and production of Public Service Announcements (PSA)/videos/radio, for the State of Montana, Attorney General’s Office. January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month. The goal of the Attorney General’s Office is to increase awareness by providing educational content to the public. This will be done by the broadcasting and airing of PSA announcements. These announcements will include AG Austin Knudsen speaking and a series of video content created by the contractor. These PSAs would be completed and ready for distribution planned mid-January 2023. The vendor will create the content, produce, and film the PSA. The content, scope and number of PSAs will be determined by the AGs Office with the help of the vendor. The overall final products will be approved by the State of Montana, Attorney General’s Office. The State is looking for the following information to be provided by the interested vendor- • A detailed description of any similar past projects, including the service type, dates the services were provided, as well as the client for whom the services were provided. • General description of the vendor, including years of experience performing services described above. • Experience with developing and execution of successful statewide media events coordinated with national, local, state, or other partners. • Timeline to create and produce a PSA for distribution. • Cost to create and produce a PSA based on the service type.
