Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sanitary Sewer• Review and identification of issues with the existing sanitary sewer system for eastbound and westbound rest area facilities and provide options for addressing, including modifications to existing system or replacement of newsystem•Design of either improvements to existing sanitary sewer system or new sanitarysewer system, to include any testing, field investigation or surveying needed tocomplete the design package to 100%.•Development of all required Notices to Contractors, Special Provisionsand Specifications for the sanitary sewer systems.•Permitting:oCoordination with all permitting agencies for all required permitting forthe sanitary sewer systems.oSubmittal of all required plans, drawings and specifications,permit applications and permit fees.Follow-up with all permitting agencies on any questions, comments, or requested changes to the application, plans, drawings, or specifications to ensure the required approved permits are received.• Bid document preparation Prepare all require bid documents, as required by the New Mexico State Purchasing Division. Provide response to any bidder questions within 24 hours of receipt. Prepare any required amendments, etc., to address contractor questions.• Bid Document Review Review bid documents submitted and provide recommendations to Department concerning award, etc
