Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information about vendors who provide cloud hosting, migration, and implementation/consulting services for CiviCRM. Johnson County currently hosts CiviCRM on premises to manage training and events. The County would like to upgrade and migrate existing instances of CiviCRM to a hosted environment and plan for future deployments of the application. The County will use RFI responses to gain a better understanding of the marketplace, vendor service/implementation options, and pricing structures. Responses to this RFI will be used for internal funding purposes and potentially, a Request for Proposal to be issued at a future date. The County wants to identify vendors who can demonstrate an established and successful record of the following: • Hosting a CiviCRM infrastructure and environment that adheres to security best practices and industry standards. • Migrating on-premises CiviCRM instances to a current version of Drupal in a hosted environment. • Managing new deployments and/or consulting with clients on implementation solutions, strategies, etc
