Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for Boiler Repair, Maintenance and Replacement; The Contractor will furnish all labor, material (unless materials are provided by the City) and equipment for the repair, installation and application of boiler equipment and devices. This shall include ladders, tarps, and specialty lift equipment when necessary. The City will not provide or supply any tools or equipment, or reimburse the Contractor for any tools or equipment required for a project. Location of services will be at various Departments within the City. The Contractor shall remove all trash generated in the process of a project from site on a daily basis. The Contractor will wipe down all marks, vacuum carpets where services were completed, sweep all debris associated with the services and leave the work area clean. All packaging and trash associated with the Contractor’s services shall be removed from the premises.
