Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work comprises re-roof a portion of the Fire Station #1 Building (Central Fire Station), located at 1200 DeMers Ave., Grand Forks, ND 58201. A portion of the roof, approximately six thousand and three hundred (6,300) square feet, will be re-roofed with an EPDM roof. This will include all aspects of the re-roofing project from demolition to finished surface. There is an alternate bid on this project, Alternate A. Alternate A is the re-roofing of the remaining roof approximately eight thousand and seven hundred (8,700) square feet plus the original six thousand and three hundred (6,300) square feet for a total of fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet, which encompasses the entire roof of the building.
