Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is looking for the following tasks to be included in the proposal’s scope of work: 1. Project Administration a. Inclusion of all work for a complete project in your proposal; b. Obtaining building permit for work to be performed; c. Mobilization and demobilization; d. Preparation of the work site including existing utilities location; e. Provision for fluid/solids containment inside the work zone; f. Maintenance of a secure site at all times; and g. Clean up/Site restoration to pre-existing conditions. h. Work must be affectively coordinated with current park construction to include City Senior Engineer, City Project Coordinator, and Park Contractor. 2. Execution of Work a. Drill 1geothermal test wells next to the Fletcher Free Library; b. Drill to an estimated minimum depth of 500’. c. 0.250 wall thickness fitted with a drive shoe installed a minimum of 10’ into competent bedrock; d. Install cement grout entire length of casing; and e. Secure wellhead below grade – no component above grade after completion of work. f. Ensure that well area is returned to existing or better condition at ground level. g. Obtaining any subcontractor permits h. Parking is the responsibility of contractor
