Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project CITY CLERK-ATTORNEY OFFICE REMODEL as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. This project consists of remodeling a 1,400 SF portion of the existing City Hall, the City Clerk-Attorney office area. Work includes structural, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm, and all miscellaneous items shown and described on the plans and in the specifications. This project is turn-key and includes the design and construction of the electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm systems by Nevada registered professional engineers or qualified contractors suitable to be submitted to obtain no cost demolition and building permits from the Building Division of the Community Development Department. This work will include the relocation of all City Clerk and City Attorney Staff and the office furniture/equipment to temporary facilities and relocation back to the completed office after construction. The work also includes the removal of existing improvements in the work area prior to beginning construction. The Contractor is responsible for providing final designs for electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm systems within 30 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
