Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facility Commander/Lenel card access system installation at the Huntington State Office Building ; • Electronic Specialty Company shall furnish additional access control equipment to manage one (1) office door. • This work will be performed during normal business hours per schedule approved in advance by Owner. • Work will be performed in phases as follows. 1. ESCOM shall provide and install new cable from the existing Lenel controller to office door. 2. ESCOM shall provide and install new proximity reader, magnetic door lock, and emergency exit button tom manage office door. 3. ESCOM shall furnish and program one fire alarm relay to manage power to new magnetic lock. 4. ESCOM shall integrate new hardware with the existing Lenel access control equipment. 5. ESCOM shall program new equipment from the main Lenel server located in Charleston. 6. ESCOM shall provide operation training of new equipment.
