Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware State University ("University") is seeking Proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") to provide a proposal for Helicopter Flight Training to Students. To provide helicopter flight instruction, for Professional Pilot-majors who are enrolled as students in the Delaware State University’s Aviation Program. It is anticipated that the need for this service will be rendered for a minimum of 12 students (beginning each Fall semester). Additionally, the academic and flight training given shall include the FAA Private Pilot Certification, Instrument Rating Certification, Commercial Certification, Certified Flight Instructor Rating Certification for each student.
