Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is interested in acquiring an alternative Electronic Health Record/Case Management System, within the Assessment and Intervention Center (AIC) located in Marion County, Indiana, to facilitate accurate data collection and management on clients receiving services from the AIC. The platform requested must also support important data/information such as a dynamic bed board, Medication Administration Record (MARS), comprehensive and adaptable client and administrative forms, and advanced reporting capabilities. The vendor will also implement a data transfer plan from the current data platform to their platform. This should include an immediate data transfer plan for system start and a long-term data transfer plan for all historical data. The objective is to find a cost-effective platform which can support the current and expanding needs of the AIC, as well as law enforcement partners such as the Mobile Crisis Assistance Team (MCAT). The City should also have access to the “Raw” data with direct connection to PowerBI and other Data Analytic platforms.
