Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Highway Patrol requires moving services for its Tracy Area office. The Tracy Area office is moving from 385 Grantline Road, Tracy, CA, 95376 and relocating to its new location. In preparation to return the old Tracy CHP facility back to the Landlord in the condition it was when it was occupied, some existing electrical must be disconnected and reconnected at the Tracy Area office. All work is to be performed as outlined in this Scope of Work. Work in this Scope of Work is under the jurisdiction of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) who will coordinate with the Contractor as necessary and will conduct inspections to ensure the work is being done in strict accordance with the scope of work. 6 Disconnect and safe off power for relocatable trailers at the subpanel and remove the aerial drop and weather head connected to the trailer that currently connects the power to the main building. The subpanel box will be left mounted to the trailer. 7 Remove the existing conduit that is mounted at the base of the wall behind the trailer. 8 Disconnect and safe-off air compressor. Disconnect the current power running to the air compressor. Power will be capped at the disconnect located on the wall adjacent to the air compressor. The disconnect will be left in a safe condition for future tenants. 9 Restore power to the gate operator and irrigation controller. 10 Install a rigid conduit riser with weather head, mounted to the existing perimeter wall, complete with a 100-amp subpanel. 11 Install a new aerial drop from the existing weather head, located on the main building, to the newly installed weather head mounted on the perimeter wall. 12 The new rigid riser will be supported by a 20' Unistrut H-Frame assembly. 13 Provide new circuits in surface mounted rigid conduit along the wall to the existing gate operator. 14 Install a new weatherproof Ground fault interrupter (GFI), outlet for the irrigation control. 15 Upon completion, Contractor shall test gate and irrigation controls to confirm proper operation and make any adjustments needed. 16 Contractor is responsible for obtaining any permits required for the installation of the electrical circuits installed.
