Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct condition assessments of the following CBJ facilities. City Hall MPG/DT Library Hagevig Fire Training Center Diamond Park Aquatic Center Park and Landscape Shop City Museum DTC Parking Garage Juneau Police Department Building Zach Gordon Youth Center Each condition assessment shall include reports on the entire facility including but not limited to structural, exterior envelope, interior finishes, electrical, and mechanical. Condition assessments shall also include recommended courses of action along with cost estimates related to each individual system. During fee negotiations each facilities specific reporting requirements will be coordinated with CBJ Facilities Maintenance. CBJ will make historical assessment reports available upon selection of the successful proposer to assist in the development of the fee proposal.
