AMENDMENT 02
The purpose of amendment 02 is to:
a. Remove CLIN 0001, Parking Lot 2801
b. Rename CLIN 0002 (Building 2804) to CLIN 0001 (Building 2804); Rename CLIN 0003 (Building 2803-Option) to CLIN 0002 (Building 2803-Option).
c. Change the size of the saw cutting in new CLIN 001 from 25'x25' to 45'x25'.
d. To include a new diagram and pictures at the end of the Statement of Work.
e. To remove the SOW and Wage Determination from being incorporated in the RFP to Attachments.
f. There is no bid extension and all other terms and conditions remain the same.

AMENDMENT 01
The purpose of amendment 01 is to:
a. Annotate the requirement for a bid bond, payment bond and performance bonds in block 12 and block 13.
b. To change the date issued from 21 July 2021 to 22 July 2022. The official solication issue date is 22 July 2021.
c. To change the evaluation section from 00110 to 00120.
d. No time extension is given and all other terms and conditions remain the same.

Base Pavement Repairs
The Delaware Air National Guard (DEANG) has a requirement for base pavement repairs. The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) for Base Pavement Repairs on DEANG. The Contractor shall complete the work in strict accordance with the scope of work (SOW), specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 including options.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $36.5M
A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Wednesday 4 August 2021 at 2:00 PM (1400) (EDT). Parties will meet at 2600 Spruance Drive on the Delaware Air National Guard. Please submit all required information located within the RFP.
