New 14 SEER, 2.5-ton condensing unit to meet future SEER2 requirements.; Matching coil for existing Amana furnace to meet future SEER2 requirements.; Replace thermostat and control wire.; Run new line set approximately 45 feet through unfinished basement of office from condensing unit outside to existing Amana furnace inside.; Run new circuit through unfinished basement of office for approximately 60 feet to the exterior disconnect from the existing basement electrical panel and install breaker in electrical panel.; Properly sized exterior disconnects for A/C condenser unit.; New condensate pump.; All the above will include items and their installation
