Specifications include, but are not limited to: Product Specification: 1. Purchase of 90 ea. White, GE 17.5 cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator; and 2. Purchase of 99 ea. White, GE 30 in. 5.3 cu. Ft. Electric Range with SelfCleaning Oven. Substitutions may be acceptable upon approval by contract administrator. Scope of Work: 1. Delivery and Installation of 90 Refrigerators, and 99 Ranges; 2. Removal and properly dispose of old refrigerators and ranges; 3. Level the unit to ensure proper operation; 4. Ensure refrigerator door hinges are on the appropriate side; 5. Remove all packing materials from the resident unit; 6. Delivery warranties and operating manuals to the residents; 7. Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materialsand equipment necessary to complete the work; 8. Provide contract administrators with a detailed schedule at least 14 days prior to beginning installation, as AHFC has to give notice to tenants at least 48 hours prior to entry into apartments; and 9. New appliaces must be purchased, installed, and old appliances disposed of no later than June 15, 2023.
