All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: the removal and installation of rubber gym floors at Northern Lights Elementary School, Ptarmigan Elementary School, Ravenwood Elementary School, Taku Elementary School and Williwaw Elementary School ; Provide all materials, labor, equipment, testing, air monitoring, tools and supervision as required to properly remove and dispose of existing rubber gym floor down to existing concrete, repair concrete as needed for proper floor preparation. Furnish and install new rubber gym floor per manufacturer’s specifications. Review drawings and specifications for scope detail. Base Bid will include the full scope of work as described in the drawings for Northern Lights ES located at 2424 E Dowling Rd. Anchorage, Alaska 99507. Additional sites will be priced individually as alternates. Those sites include: Ptarmigan ES located at 888 Edward St. Anchorage, Alaska 99504; Ravenwood ES located at 9500 Wren Lane, Eagle River, Alaska 99577; Taku ES located at 701 E 72nd Ave. Anchorage, Alaska 99518; and Williwaw ES located at 1200 San Antonio St. Anchorage, Alaska 99508. Provide all materials, labor, equipment, testing, air monitoring, tools and supervision as required to properly remove and install new rubber gym floors as indicated in the project documents. Entirety of work to be performed at all 5 sites, if alternates awarded, over the summer 2023 break as detailed in Section 00200, Project Schedule Milestone Dates.
