Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant(s) will prepare and deliver appropriate Leadership Sessions on creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement for: 1) Senior Leadership – All chief officers and Directors at Central Arkansas Water. 2) Minimum 12 sessions over 6-month period. These sessions will be a combination of group and individual sessions. The Sessions will cover relevant aspects of the topic applicable to a municipal government setting. Audio-visual equipment and classroom space will be provided. Sessions will be provided to CAW Leaders. Overall course objectives for the Sessions are for participants to learn: • Enhance mindset and behaviors to expand presence as an impactful leader • Understand the critical principles of effective leadership (i.e., Emotional Intelligence, Time Management Crucial Conversations etc.) • Analyze rhetorical strategy towards shaping the ability to advance agendas • Customize a personal leadership plan to set actionable goals for each member of the senior leadership team. The selected vendor(s) will work with CAW staff to design, develop, and deliver the coaching sessions described in their proposal to best meet CAW’s needs, as well as provide all materials to support the coaching sessions (e.g., workbooks, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.). CAW will provide a suitable venue within which to conduct the sessions.
