Specifications include, but are not limited to: TGHA seeks to procure a comprehensive set of financial and housing management and administrative software that includes the following modules at a minimum: 1. Accounts Payable A/P must be able to pay out of multiple banks based on the “fund”; HCV module also has to be able to pay from one physical bank acct, but multiple GL bank accts for special programs; 2. Accounts Receivable/Tenant Accounting TAR & HCV must interface with GL module; HCV & TAR interface for single entry of those getting assistance in TGHA managed properties; 3. Bank Account Management/Reconciliation 4. Fixed Assets Management 5. Family Self Sufficiency (HCV) 6. General Ledger- Accounting Customizable General Ledger for our Chart of Accounts; GL w/ budget and JE upload ability 7. Grant Accounting (Capital Funds, ROSS, etc.) 8. HQS Inspections with Mobile Device Capability 9. Procurement- Contract Management, Inventory, Purchase Requisition, and Purchase Orders 10. Tax Credit calculations and documents
