Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with the attached terms, conditions and specifications, it is the intent of thisformal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders to perform maintenanceand repairs and to include fueling, probing and cleaning of interior and exterior of RTC-owned Non-Core Service vehicles. The Non-Core Service vehicles are used to provide ADA Paratransit-typetransportation along with On Demand service and are operated by multiple participants (“Participants”).Some of these Participants will operate single or multiple vehicles. RTC has an interest in ensuring that the Participant’s vehicles are properly maintained in a cost-effective manner, to standards set out by the RTC and other required regulations. Accordingly, through this ITB, RTC will select a Contractor to provide maintenance services for the Non-Core Service vehicles.
