Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of the following: 1. Base Bid Item #1: Renovation of the Composite Building. This work includes: * Removal and replacement of existing interior partitions, ceilings, flooring and finishes for remodel of restrooms, an existing theater space, principal's office, and the main circulation spine of the building. * Removal and replacement of exterior building siding with more energy efficient exterior panels and rainscreen wall system. * Removal and replacement of existing mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems as required to support the remodeled layout. * Commissioning for the Composite Building's HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems according to the requirements of the specifications. 2. Base Bid Item #2: Relocation of Cosmetology Program. This work includes: * Removal and replacement of existing interior partitions, ceiling, flooring and finishes for remodel of Room 113 of the Composite Building to serve as the new location for the School District's cosmetology program. * Removal and replacement of existing mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems as required to support the remodeled layout
