This work involves providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and construct as necessary to complete work as defined in the Specifications and Drawings provided. Details are not limited to Parking Area, Visitor Center, Administrative offices and all site improvements and utility upgrades.
A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on criteria 1) Key Personnel 2) Past Performance 3)Technical Approach and 4) Price Proposal (Schedule B. Follow instructions in Schedules L & M
The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 4 Quote Schedule and provide current Questions and Answers. This Amendment also extends the proposal closing date to Sept 3, 2021.
