Must offer a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring system for each application (no filters needed). Must use vacuum fluidics. Must use spatially separated laser beams. Must use violet laser SSC. Must have an automated sample loader. Must use 22-bit 6.5 log decades. Must include instrument training by technical representative. Preferentially include up to 4yrs of extended warranty/service contract.
