Specifications include, but are not limited to: he Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) seeks proposals demonstrating how the Contractor will provide trainings, coaching, and support for educators focused on family literacy engagement and small group supplemental literacy instruction. More specifically, the AOEseeks a contractor to use a train-the-trainer model focused on empowering SU/SD educators todeliver:1.Literacy family engagement workshops that empower families and schools to partner ins upport of students’ literacy achievement; and2.Small group supplemental literacy sessions following an evidence-based curriculum and explicit instruction of phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, fluency, and reading comprehension.
