Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project Manager is needed in order to provide specific information regarding permits, environmental assessment, planning and engineering. The project is for approximately 3,500 square feet of space consisting of: pole barn including electric bus chargers and solar panels. Currently there is a 3,500 square foot, two story dwelling on this site that will need to be demolished. A demolition plan will need to be created. 1. Familiarize with the permitting needs, LEED research and grant applications, and other relevant materials. 2. Meet with MVRTD managers on operational requirements and facility program. 3. Gain an understanding of MVRTD’s needs to minimize long term operating costs, provide opportunities for expansion, project funding, and interests in utilizing environmentally friendly systems. 4. Assure that the project stays on-time, on-budget and within the specifications. 5. Assist with management of project contingency and overall project budget. 6. Provide regular reporting of project to MVRTD’s Facility Committee.
