Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City seeks a proposal from Respondents to provide full replacement of the underground storage tanks and elements of the City’s Fleet Vehicle Motor Fuel Dispensing Facility, including removal of, and legally disposing of existing tanks and dispensing equipment, installation and commissioning of new tanks and procurement of dispensing fixtures consistent with the requirements of this RFP and DES regulations. a) Project Management: i. Includes end-to-end project responsibility, including oversight of any/all subcontractors ii. Directly liaises with City project manager iii. Develops project plan and expectations iv. Reports on project milestones b) Removal and replacement of existing tanks and dispensing equipment: i. As per Exhibit B.6 c) NH DES Interface: i. Ensure project is completed in accordance with NH DES requirements. ii. Confirm NH DES’s agreement and approval of selected equipment, installing subcontractor qualifications and installation procedures. iii. Coordinate reports to DES as needed. iv. Facilitate all aspects of NH DES reimbursements regarding existing tank removal. d) General Conditions: i. Work with the City to confirm installation routing, traffic control and notification of scheduled work areas. ii. Secure all permits. All City permit fees shall be waived. iii. Manage on-going waste & recycling of field supplies and legacy equipment. iv. Follow best practices of recycling all reusable materials and provides Certificate of Disposal for all regulated materials. v. Provide all required safety equipment for installation staff and subcontractors, as well as a safety plan, consistent with City and State of New Hampshire safety policies and OSHA requirements. vi. Provide full commissioning to ensure all equipment is properly installed and operating in accordance with its design intent. vii. Provide all warranty documentation.
