Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP consists of two different and separate modules: MODULE A: Wastewater Treatment System Technical Assistance. Provide assistance related to wastewater treatment, permit compliance, operations, and maintenance issues. MODULE B: Operator-in-Training (OIT) Technical Assistance. Provide assistance to KDHE designated wastewater operators-in-training. Assistance will be provided on a KDHE referral basis to help OITs operate and maintain wastewater utilities classified as Class II or lower. Potential Vendors may choose to bid on one or both modules of the RFP. Vendor selection will be determined separately for each Module and/or Task. A potential Vendor may be selected for one or both modules depending on the determinations made by the procurement negotiating committee.
