Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Kansas is issuing this Request for Proposal to obtain competitive responses from bidders to provide Papers and Envelopes for a multi-year contract; Bidders are advised that due to high volatility of paper goods pricing in today’s market that bidders MUST establish; a website which lists the current prices of paper goods listed in this bid specification. Awarded Contractor(s) shall be required to do the following: a. Keep prices website up to date for use by State Print Office when ordering. Prices on website at the time of order shall be the price invoiced to the agency. b. Login to the website shall not require a Username or Password, this is required for easy use by the State Print Office. c. List current paper prices on the bid as a baseline for contract purposes only. Vendor is required to list a discount percentage off list price for all paper orders. It will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor to make sure the website is updated with current market price for accuracy when placing an order. d. Website shall list paper goods by item number and description with price in an easily readable format.
