Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS) Statewide Procurement is soliciting bids for removal of hazardous waste in its warehouses located in Ketchikan, AK, Homer, AK and Bellingham Washington on a AS-NEEDED basis. The Hazardous waste must be disposed of in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Waste Management services include pickup, labeling, analyses, fate determination, documentation, and transportation to Treatment Storage Disposal Facility (TSDF) for final disposal and audit trails of the hazardous waste to its final destination until treatment and disposition of hazardous or toxic waste. Contractor to provide their EPA Identification number for transport and disposal of the hazardous/toxic waste along with maintaining any required licenses/certifications required for the life of the contract.
