All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Portable Chemical Toilet Services. The services shall be performed at: Antelope Platform Scales; Eastbound I-80 - Interstate I-80 at the Antelope Exit, Citrus Heights, CA 95621; Westbound I-80 – Interstate I-80 at the Antelope Exit, Citrus Heights, CA 95621; A. Contractor shall provide one (1) standard portable toilet and one (1) ADA complaint toilet at the Eastbound location, and one (1) standard portable toilet and one (1) ADA complaint toilet at the Westbound location and all necessary servicing and chemicals to ensure units are clean and serviceable. B. Contractor shall check-in with the Facility Supervisor upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided. C. Contractor shall comply with requirements of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) in that a wheelchair accessible portable toilet unit be placed on-site at each location. D. Contractor shall provide the portable chemical toilet, all necessary chemicals and servicing to ensure they are clean and serviceable. Include one (1) containment tray per toilet in accordance to size of toilet. Containment tray must meet manufacturer specifications. E. Servicing shall be performed three (3) times per week at each locations. F. All quotations for additional services not covered under this agreement are to be provided to the state at no cost by Contractor. G. Contractor shall keep wash stations and portable toilets in good, clean, and safe operating condition, including washing all portable toilets inside and out (walls, floors, toilet seats, and ceilings) using AquaKem cleaner or equivalent to ensure proper sanitation. H. The Contractor shall refill each portable toilet to minimum of (10) inches with a mixture of clean water and Aqua-Kem cleaner or equivalent product, with a ratio of chemical to water of 20/80.
