Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this contract is for the City to retain the Contractor to provide property management and supportive services. Through its property management services, the Contractor will provide rental housing. The Contractor will also partner with a non-profit organization to provide support services unless otherwise approved by the City. In the future, it is the intent of the City to secure a long-term lessee that will assume the duties of the Project upon conclusion of this AGREEMENT. There is no operational subsidy for the Project as a part of this AGREEMENT, and all Project costs shall be maintained through rental income and other income or support generated by the Contractor. The Contractor will notify and seek approval from the City should there be extraordinary repairs needed. The Premises is comprised of a 3-story building plus a common area on the ground floor. It includes five (5) 2-bed/2-bath units, one (1) 1-bed/1-bath unit and (1) resident manager office unit, a laundry room, and a parking area consisting of six (6) parking stalls.
