Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Department of State, seeks Government Affairs Consulting Professional Services regarding the promotion of Delaware’s role in corporate governance, corporates services, Delaware’s excellence in the resolution of corporate and shareholder disputes, and other related subjects to the Executive and Legislative branches of the federal government, including, but not limited to, providing strategic advice to the State with respect to legislation or rulemaking that the State deems to be in its interests, representing the State in meetings with federal officials and their staff, and building support for Delaware’s position on corporate governance, maritime operations, and other matters.
