All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. Selected firm shall provide the following services for each of these projects as needed: Engineer's Report, Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Hydraulics, Geotechnical Engineering, Design & Plan Development, Pavement Design Request, Permit Applications, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking, Title Research if these work-types become necessary), Title Research, Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services, if needed. Additionally, the selected firm will be responsible for providing professional public outreach and marketing services. These services shall compliment INDOT's efforts to proactively communicate project development updates in an effective manner to various media outlets through the consistent utilization of multi-media messaging and visual illustrations as requested. The selected firm shall coordinate with INDOT on all outreach efforts, which may include stakeholder meetings, information meetings, and/or public hearings as deemed appropriate. Other services may also be required, such as, Engineer?s Report Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize INDOT`s eInvoice application.
