The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Topographic Survey, Hydraulic Design, Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Lighting Design, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these work-types become necessary.
