Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. These services will include Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Small Str. Repl. Design, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. Hydraulic memos for both structures at this site are included in the Abbreviated Engineer's Report included in supporting documents. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
