Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replacing the existing DX split system equipment in Buildings A2 and A3 with new chilled water air handling units and electric duct heaters, complete with new chilled water piping extended from the existing chiller plant piping system. 2. Add a new air-cooled chiller and two new chilled water pumps (one being a standby pump) in the existing campus chilled water plant, piped into the existing chiller plant piping system. 3. Provide new underground chilled water distribution piping system to the various campus buildings for future connection. 4. Provide new electrical circuitry for connection to new chiller and new pumps. 5. Upgrade/Modify existing electrical circuitry serving the new air handling units and electric duct heaters. 6. Upgrade existing school campus HVAC controls system to accommodate the addition of the new chiller, new pumps and new air handling units. 7. Testing, adjusting and balancing of Central Plant chilled water equipment, new air handling units and associated existing air distribution systems. A pre-audit of the existing airflow rates of the air devices in Buildings A2 and A3 will be required. 8. Commissioning of new HVAC equipment and piping systems. 9. Replacement of lighting and associated wall switches with new LED lighting and switches in Buildings A2 and A3. 10. Replacement of existing lay-in ceiling tile systems throughout Buildings A2 and A3.
