All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall perform an Engineering Assessment/Engineer's Report for project des nos 2200482 and 2200484; Interchange Alternative Analysis for des 2200483; and finalize an Engineering Assessment Report for project des 1802051 meaning that INDOT has a preferred alternative that will need to be coordinated with the local public agency. The selected firm will also perform the road and bridge design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents for all 4 projects along with the Environmental Document Preparation, Wetland Mitigation, all Permits, Route and Topographic Survey, Traffic Analysis, Title Research, Land Acquisition Services, Right of Way Plan Development along with Roadway Design, Bridge Design Services, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, Sign Design, Lighting Design, Signal Design, Utility Coordination, and SUE Services.
