Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP seeks proposals to provide leased data point-to-point data circuits from various locations in the state of Arkansas in Appendix III to one or more points of presences (POPs) on the existing ARE-ON fiber-based shown in Appendix IV. These circuits will be Ethernet based and support either copper or fiber hand-offs as specified at the time of order. Bandwidth is to be provided in a fully non-blocking bi-directional circuit with speeds from 250Mb, 500Mb, and 1Gb, and 10Gbps. Awards will be on a site-by-site basis. Respondent may provide responses to all, or some sites and the circuits may be aggregated into a single common circuit at one of the ARE-ON POPs on a higher speed circuit.
