Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, Road Design, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, all Permits (if needed), Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed), Real Estate Acquisition Services (if needed), and Construction Phase Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
