Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Janitorial Services. 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Gilroy Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF), the services described herein: furnish all labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide five (5) days per week Janitorial Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid City or County Business License throughout the term of the agreement. B. Contractor must be registered with the DIR pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1420 through 1434 - Property Services Workers Protection Act. C. Contractor is required to include the cost of all labor, equipment (including brooms, buffers, mops, etc.), transportation,- materials, supplies (including cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products including 2-ply toilet paper, trash can liners, consumables, etc.), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and other items required to perform all workfor janitorial services
