Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms to provide Landscape Maintenance Services. Immediately following fertilizer application, Contractor will thoroughly water the entire lawn area to prevent fertilizer burn. Damaged lawns, including all plants, shall be replaced at Contractor's expense. As a minimum, fertilizer shall be applied May, July, and September. (One application each month.) All clippings, cuttings, debris, trash, and trimmings resulting from work of this contract shall be promptly removed from the site. All cracks in curbs, parking lots, sidewalks, street gutters, and other paved areas shall be kept weeded, but cannot be repaired with funds from this contract
