Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is for a Software Upgrade with a hardware upgrade of listed servers including an indefinite quantity time and materials and maintenance contract supplemental to work done by APS telephone technicians and will be primarily used for upgrading the Avaya software and licensing from 6.3 to Avaya Aura 10.0 or current Software if higher using our current Avaya License and Software entitlement Suite of our Avaya Subscription Software and Licensing. Including upgrading Software on our Avaya IX Messaging Office LinX (ESNA) Voicemail system software 10.1.15 to current software. This contract must be co - termed with our existing Avaya Subscription Licensing and Software which expires September 30th 2027 and must be able to work with the incumbent who holds our Avaya Subscription agreement. Include all Firmware and 46xx settings in our HTTP server, including support and setup of installing Avaya J series phones. Additional Hardware and Software with upgrade should include a provisioning server for Avaya Workplace. Include maintenance and Manage Services for our 3 main sites of all Avaya systems and software, Presences Management software, all system features, and applications, including automatic software and firmware updates, patches, and security updates. Include training for APS telecom techs on all new SW and applications, with an ongoing maintenance and installation, replacement, and repair of voice telecommunications equipment in existing and new buildings.
