Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Parks & Recreation Department, Marathon Division, is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor to provide participant and volunteer shirts for the 2022 Ugly Sweater Race. i) 2022 Ugly Sweater Race participant and volunteer shirts. (1) The Ugly Sweater Race will be held on December 17, 2022. (2) 2022 participation estimates: (925) A. 5K/Virtual - 850 B. Elf Dash – 25 C. Volunteers - 50; Technical Shirts: (1) Shirts must be the quality of the Team 365 (mfg. #TT11YLYouth Sizes & #TT11L Adult Sizes) or equal. (2) Shirt sizes must range from Youth XSmall to Adult 3XLarge and be long sleeves. (3) Participant, Elf Dash, and Volunteer shirt designs will be different. (4) Each shirt design shall have a three (3) color design on the front and no print on the back. (5) Fabric specifications must be: 1) 100% Polyester 3.8 oz 2) Breathable, moisture-management interlock fabric 3) UV sun protection
