This construction project includes interior renovations/repairs to Rooms 205 through 210 on the second floor of Building 80, as well as the stairs leading from the first floor lobby area to the second floor. The project includes demolition of existing finishes, demolition of the masonry wall separating the first floor lobby from the stairs leading to the second floor, provision of a 30-person conference room, provision of a 12-person conference room, and provision of two handicapped accessible restrooms.
Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the drawings and specifications but they must have an active CAGE Code. If you are unable to request the drawings and specification in Sam.Gov, please send e-mail to Michael.ouellette@navy.mil and Kathleen.Hourihan@navy.mil and include company name, complete address and CAGE code.
