Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Airport is interested in developing an industrial park that will serve its growing industrial and cargo user base utilizing a portion of the existing airport for an industrial park. It is understood that this study will need to evaluate a variety of factors to determine the feasibility of the development and begin laying the framework through collaboration and effective master planning. Factors for consideration will include evaluation of site conditions, features, and environmental/physical constraints; review of existing land use requirements and/or development of new requirements; the end‐use of the property with focus on natural resources management and enhancement; and incorporation of the development with the adjacent airport and surrounding community.
